Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings rooms for staff members as required.
- Collect and distribute incoming mail and packages and prepare outgoing mail and courier shipments.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments, including data entry.
- Monitor and order office supplies / Stationary to ensure availability for staff.
- Maintain a visitor log and ensure all visitors sign in and out as required.
- Arrange office access cards for new employees and ensure they are properly activated.
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the HR department related to HR / Admin Work.
