Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a Receptionist to join the North East Mental Health Team and other Vancouver Community MHSU program sites in Vancouver, BC.
This position will support multiple Mental Health and Substance Use departments in Vancouver Community.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12, Office Assistant Certificate and six (6) months recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES
- Ability to be sensitive, tactful and diplomatic with clients and the public.
- Knowledge of general office procedures.
- Ability to type 30 w.p.m.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and effectively with others.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to operate related equipment.
- Computer skills; able to operate a computerized client care information system , word processing and spreadsheet software
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
