THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re seeking a Receptionist to become the heartbeat of our Human Resources Team. In this role, you’ll be more than just an employee; you’ll be the linchpin that keeps our daily operations running smoothly.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU:

  • We’re looking for someone mature, with excellent interpersonal skills. You’ll be dealing with various stakeholders, from suppliers to individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. We need someone who can navigate these interactions with grace and professionalism.
  • You’ll have a practical sense for efficient problem-solving, a knack for turning chaos into order. Your ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional relationships will be critical to your success in this role. Above all, we need someone with a friendly and professional demeanour, someone who can inspire those around them with their positive attitude and dedication.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

  • Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in similar roles such as receptionist, assistant, office specialist, or event specialist.
  • Fluency in English and any additional French and/or German language will be strong advantage.
  • Familiar user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our office, the linchpin that holds our operations together. Your presence in the office will be vital; your energy and commitment are what we need to keep our environment vibrant and productive.
  • You’ll bring a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving, anticipating potential issues before they arise and nipping them in the bud. Your proactive mindset will be the driving force behind our smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Your communication skills will be key. You’ll cut through the noise with straightforward, effective dialogue, making sure everyone is on the same page.
  • As the maestro of organization, you’ll manage information within the office, plan events, meetings, and appointments, and ensure supplies are always stocked up. You’ll also be our point person for any office-related issues, coordinating with IT and other departments as needed.
    But above all, you’ll be the caretaker of our “house” of 91 family members. You’ll ensure a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining a clean and organized workspace where everyone feels at home. Any house-related issues that arise, you’ll handle them promptly and efficiently, ensuring our office remains a haven of productivity and positivity.
