THE PERSON:

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years recent administration / reception experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential including a high level of computer literacy, and excellent phone manner and etiquette are an absolute must.The successful candidate for the role will have:‍

  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an administration / reception role
  • Strong computer skills with proven use and competency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in Real Estate highly regarded
  • Efficient and accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Excellent listening skills & exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritise and juggle tasks
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • A mature, professional demeanor and be well presented
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Confidence and the ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment
  • Discipline, reliability, punctuality, good work ethic and able to treat information with confidentiality
  • Ability to remain calm and confident in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities:

‍THE ROLE:

You will be the first impression and first point of contact between the agency and their clients, as well as work in all facets of what makes a real estate agency tick.

‍The key responsibilities in this role will include :‍

  • Front of house reception duties including answer and direct all incoming calls, emails and enquiries
  • Meet and greet clients in the office and liaise with external suppliers and contractors
  • Assist Sales and Property Management departments with administration support
  • General office administration and duties
