Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our Workit Community team as a Receptionist & Content Creator for our vibrant co-working space. The Community team is the heart and soul of our business with the mission to provide the best environment and customer service to our members and to create a unique community of like-minded people.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating engaging content across various platforms. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members while also producing compelling content to promote our co-working space and community.
This is a full-time position based on site everyday in our Bourke Road, Alexandria Hub.

RECEPTION DUTIES:

  • Greet and assist visitors, members, and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Redirect parcels and courier deliveries
  • Manage meeting room bookings and assist with event coordination as needed.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Ensure quality and standards and upkeep expectations

To be successful in this role, we think you will need:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a hospitality or co-working environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Creativity and proficiency in content creation, including writing, graphic design, and multimedia production.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and basic graphic design tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our members and enhance their experience
