Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our Sunshine branch, assisting clients, as well as other duties which include:

  • Ensure the smooth operations of the office whilst upholding the core values of the firm.
  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with a friendly demeanour.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and queries in a professional and courteous manner and direct to the relevant personnel.
  • Prepare all client packs for new client appointments.
  • Manage the booking of meeting rooms and keep the reception area and office tidy.
  • Collect and scan mail daily, as well as photocopy documents for clients.
  • Make and amend appointments between legal staff and clients.
  • Prepare payment authorisations and maintain an adequate supply of standard forms in each area of law.
  • Ensure work is completed to high standard.

To excel in this role, you should have the following:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist/administrative support role (desired).
  • Proactive individual with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to operate autonomously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisation and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional presentation with skills in liaising with a range of clients and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and competent administrative skills.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and ability to use scanning, printing and copying equipment
