At Picnic, we’re changing the way people shop for groceries. We do this with our innovative and sustainable app-only service, without physical stores. As a Store Manager, you play a pivotal role in the execution of our week-on-week content within the Picnic app. This entails facilitating various initiatives, ranging from our weekly promo offers to showcasing the latest arrivals in-store, and spearheading our seasonal campaigns, such as Christmas and Easter. • Plan and execute our in-app campaigns: from article selection to page configuration
• Identify commercial opportunities to drive sales and conversion and improve the offer for our customers every day
• Manage our store: ensuring zero waste while guaranteeing high availability
• Tracking, analysing, and reporting on campaign results
• Collaborating closely with various teams, from category managers to targeting and design specialists
• About you
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant and commercial working experience
• Customer-focused with a commercial mindset
• Exceptional planning skills, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
• Drive to deal with day-to-day operations and keen attention to detail
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Bonus: Experience with marketing automation systems such as Salesforce or similar configuration tools
