This is a managerial role where you will be supervising and monitoring the team within the home. To be successful in this role, you will be a natural leader, with excellent communication skills, as you develop strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams. Supporting the Registered Home Manager with the day to day running of the Reconnect Community, you will also use your influencing skills to support and develop the Nursing and Care teams.
About You
You’ll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN).
You will be experienced in producing well-developed care plans, and understand regulatory frameworks.
You will be dedicated and be able to demonstrate our core values of Courage, Patience, Collaboration, Compassion/Empathy and Respect.
You will have experience working with people living with dementia with a passion for engagement and distress reduction.
You will be a team player, willing to learn and develop colleagues and be committed to a structured approach to training and development of staff.
