Description:

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE AND GROW?

The Accounting Analyst reports directly to the Accounting Team Lead. The primary function is be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including financial analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance. The analyst will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting strategic financial decision-making.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in financial data.
  • Present financial information to management and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries for AL entities and business units
  • Prepare and post journal entries such as standard accruals and ad-hoc journal entries monthly
  • Execute monthly program to book-and-reverse journal entries from the prior month
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, International Trade or Business Administration preferred.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as an Accounting Analyst or similar role.
Knowledge in accounting software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or progress toward certification.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

English: Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1]
