Responsibilities:

  • Providing case files and other requested documents to the Legal and Legal Support teams.
  • Organising case files and records, ensuring they are accurately sorted, stored, and kept up to date. Your meticulous filing ensures that other users can easily locate the required information.
  • Maintaining high standard of file maintenance and storage.
  • Ensuring efficient file retrieval for staff members.
  • Archiving and shredding of documents in line with instructions and business practices.
  • Optimizing file and mail room coordination
  • Overseeing the coordination and efficient handling of all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Fulfilling various administrative assignments as directed by the Facility Manager.
  • Assisting the distribution of office supplies.
  • Ensuring consistent high quality of work.
