Responsibilities:
- Providing case files and other requested documents to the Legal and Legal Support teams.
- Organising case files and records, ensuring they are accurately sorted, stored, and kept up to date. Your meticulous filing ensures that other users can easily locate the required information.
- Maintaining high standard of file maintenance and storage.
- Ensuring efficient file retrieval for staff members.
- Archiving and shredding of documents in line with instructions and business practices.
- Optimizing file and mail room coordination
- Overseeing the coordination and efficient handling of all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Fulfilling various administrative assignments as directed by the Facility Manager.
- Assisting the distribution of office supplies.
- Ensuring consistent high quality of work.
