Job Introduction Records OfficerLocation: Central London (Hybrid), Travel to HQ located in Earnshaw St will be required.Salary: £29,250Mon-Fri (37.5 Hours)
Sodexo have an excellent new opportunity for a Records Officer to join our team working for a prestigious client in and around central London.
You will play a pivotal role in providing day-to-day records management services helpdesk support to client and other client sites.
This involves coordinating box movements, delivering training, offering assistance to staff in utilising the records management system, and ensuring prompt service delivery. Additionally, you will provide guidance to company staff on records management best practices and undertake various administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of the Records Services team.

Responsibilities:

  • Certified accreditation in Records Management
  • Minimum 3 years of records management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Motivated with a proactive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills for effective planning and prioritisation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with FileTrail Physical Records Management system preferred.
  • Knowledge of GxP procedures is advantageous.
  • Understanding of relational databases is beneficial.
