Fresh Start Foods is seeking a dynamic French-English Bilingual Recruiter to join Gordon Food Service’s specialty companies. As a vital member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our organization’s growth and success.
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Possibility to work out of our Ottawa, Milton or London facilities. Hybrid Format: minimum 3 days from office, 2 days remote
Schedule: Mon-Fri, business hours
Salary: From $50,000/year
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:
- Procifiency both in English and French
- Action Orientation, Collaboration, Customer Engagement, Communication, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Results Focus, Self-Management, Talent Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and ATS (Workday)
- Knowledge of behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
