Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in recruiting top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, including drafting employment contracts and onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, healthcare professionals, educational institutions, and industry organizations to expand the talent pipeline.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust recruiting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare recruiting or talent acquisition preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS, and other HR tools.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment events and job fairs.

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The pay range for this role in the state of Colorado typically falls between $65,000 and $80,000 annually with the potential for performance-based bonuses and other benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location within the state.
