Tasks
You have a strong interest in the field of HR and believe the following to be applicable to you?

AS A RECRUITER CONSULTANT LOCATED IN BELGIUM, YOU WILL :

  • Support the recruitment in Greece from A-Z (including active LinkedIn search, screening and interviews of candidates, contract proposals and onboarding of new joiners…)
  • Very close collaboration with the hiring managers of the technical departments;
  • Evaluation and consulting in setting up the job descriptions and requirements;
  • Responsibility for a smooth running recruitment process and a high level of candidate’s satisfaction;
  • Direct approach of suitable candidates via tools like LinkedIn;
  • Support the HR team and employees for all HR related questions;
  • Support HR projects and improve HR services where required and in close collaboration with your team members;
  • Contribute to our positive working environment and employee experience;
  • Support in organizing events;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Personnel Management or Organizational Psychology or equivalent by experience;
  • At least 2-3 years professional experience in recruitment;
  • You have a previous experience with the IT or the cyber security sector or a strong affinity to learn more about it;
  • You enjoy operating with a great deal of autonomy, but also appreciate the value of team work;
  • You are results-oriented and able to deliver within preset deadlines. You value quality and employee-satisfaction and have a proactive mindset;
  • Fluent English and French or Dutch language skills are mandatory;
  • You are eligible for a NATO clearance. (see HERE for more information).
