Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

The Recruiter for EMEA is responsible for sourcing candidates, bringing Altair a strong candidate pipeline of innovators in technical and non-technical disciplines as well as liaising with managers, scheduling interviews and filling roles across EMEA.
Function/Team: HR / Talent Acquisition
Location: Ideally UK – Leamington Spa
Contract Type: 6 Months, fixed term
Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions in a timely manner by cold calling applicants and sourced candidates.
  • Evaluate and review applicants’ qualifications, skills and experience to determine if they meet position requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement marketing concepts for recruitment campaigns that attract top diverse talent and builds brand recognition.
  • Utilize various social media platforms with the goal of attracting the best & brightest, promoting our brand, and building long-term relations with potential talent.
  • Explore innovative sourcing methodologies and non-traditional channels for finding new candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, skills, and experience needed for open positions.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on job requirements, expectations, and timelines.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, etc.).
  • Utilize the ATS to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, and reporting.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Conduct thorough interviews (both technical and behavioural) to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and passive prospects for future opportunities.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in corporate recruitment.
