Responsibilities:

  • Search / research of engineering & supply chain management profiles via talent lists and pools,
  • Conduct telephone screenings and be the first point of contact with the professionals and make the first interviews,
  • Investing in building a sustainable network through social media and / or other channels- Headhunting,
  • Collaborate with the team and manager in matching professionals with the right opportunity,
  • Networking and building a database,
  • Preparing the talent reports in order to support the client requests.
