Job Description
We’re looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our growing Global Talent Attraction team. You will be supporting full cycle recruitment for your assigned function(s) within our Global Impact and Global Supply Chain organizations. You’ll report to the Talent Attraction Manager and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization. We want professionals who are hard-working, passionate about candidate experience, and customer obsessed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years experience recruiting (Government Relations, Supply Chain, Non-Profit, PR/Communications, etc.)
  • End to end recruitment experience in either an agency or corporate environment
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System and strong knowledge of technology (i.e. Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to thrive as an independent contributor working as a consultant to hiring managers
  • Ability to manage approximately 15 requisitions concurrently, with solid attention to detail and prioritization
  • Ability to present and lead trainings on interviewing best practices, recruiting initiatives, or tools

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers in developing recruitment strategies for current and future staffing needs
  • Implement necessary sourcing strategies to include a variety of methods of attracting top talent
  • Select and qualify candidates based upon skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and screening criteria
  • Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process
  • Maintain best practices throughout the client interview process by providing interview and assessment skills coaching and updates
  • Build business relationships with key Client Groups, candidates, and HR Business Partners
  • Research and recommend competitive compensation packages in partnership with the hiring managers and HRBPs
  • Possible oversight of a Candidate Experience Coordinator
  • Responsible for adhering to key metrics and SLAs
