Job Description:

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Internal Recruiter, you will have a passion for delivering excellent candidate experience from identifying, attracting, and sourcing to building a highly effective pipeline. You will influence and guide hiring managers with recruitment best practice with diversity and inclusion at the forefront.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Creating job adverts and posting on a range of platforms.
• Sourcing candidates from various job boards.
• Initial vetting of applications to assess suitability.
• Ensuring Workday is always up-to-date to show the process of the candidate’s journey.
• Working very closely with the Senior Clinical Recruiter and managing aspects of their diary to schedule in telephone screening calls with candidates.
• Arranging interviews between Hiring Manager and candidate via Teams invites.
• Chasing up for interview feedback.
• Collate right to work documents and arrange online verification.
• Build and maintain passive and active candidates in the pipeline for future hiring needs
• Chion diversity and inclusion adopting a fair and inclusive hiring process
