We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our People & Culture team. You will manage the full talent life cycle, from job description creation through to offer, working closely with hiring managers and providing an amazing candidate experience to every single applicant that applies to Helcim.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop strong relationships with Helcim leaders to understand their team needs, now and in the future, and translating needs into actionable search strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for all roles, tracking and summarizing key recruitment metrics
  • Cultivate relationships with potential candidates, understanding their career aspirations and matching them with opportunities at Helcim now and for the future.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screens, and assess candidates’ qualifications against job requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
  • Provide regular updates to the leadership team on the status of all positions.
  • Find creative solutions for tough to fill roles.
  • Complete support tasks related to candidate management including communication with hiring teams, offer letter preparation, background checks and keeping internal documentation polished and leadership kept up to date
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with the entire Helcim team on hiring goals and on other people projects that help attract talent.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a technology or high-growth environment.
  • Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles across different functions and levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches).
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical recruiting practices.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • A growth mindset and truly flexible; you can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
