JOB SUMMARY:

The Hiring Manager/Human Resources Assistant is responsible for assisting with the administrative tasks and HR duties of Prime Marketing, Inc. Duties include Hiring, Write-ups, Payroll, Onboarding, Attendance, Terminations, Benefits and any other tasks as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn new services very quickly
  • Must be reliable and have good attendance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to remain calm and respectful under pressure.
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed

Education and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Service and/or Human Resources preferred.
  • 3+ years Call Center experience preferred.
  • Bachelors or Associates in a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of Bamboo HR is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all HR duties.
  • Maintain proper records of Attendance, tardies, and absences.
  • Assist with Benefits, signing agents up and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist with payroll
  • Complete Terminations, both recording conversations and maintaining organized records of all write-ups, Reviews and production/attendance/policy infractions.
  • Assist with the proper documentation for all processes.
  • Complete Onboarding new agents.
  • Complete the return of Equipment, sending out Return emails and communicating with P-Changes when additional assistance is needed, and to confirm receipt of Equipment Tracking numbers.
  • Complete Hiring including pre-screens, scheduling of the Interviews and all communications with prospective candidates.
  • Assist with communications to the Floor, including announcing winners for our Team Competitions, announcing Perfect Attendance monthly, Employee of the Week weekly and $PIFF$ Trivia emails daily.
