Responsibilities:

You’ll report to the Head of Operations and be heavily involved in the Recruitment & Onboarding of Warehouse, Transport and Logistics Personnel across F/T, P/T and Casual Employment. Your responsibilities will include;

  • Developing and implementing various frameworks for Talent Attraction, Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Supporting the Recruitment function for the business across multiple sites
  • Building a sustainable workforce through the engagement and retention of workforce members
  • Facilitating Job Vacancies, Advertising and Promotions to further attract suitable Employees
  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns for Talent Acquisition and Engagement and ensuring that level of Engagement continues throughout the Employee’s tenure with the business
  • Partnering with HSEQ and supporting the Onboarding of new Employees to ensure they adhere to Health and Safety Guidelines and Procedures
  • Maintaining a Jobs Matrix and reporting on critical data and providing advice to the SLT about costs associated with Marketing Job Vacancies, Retention and Employee Engagement
  • Designing Organisation Development Programs in partnership with the SLT
  • Leading and monitoring the implementation of the Performance Management System and reporting to Senior Management as required
  • Various other Administrative duties as required
