Wise May are looking for a Internal Recruiter to join this extremely friendly and forward thinking HR team in the heart of the City.
This role is to manage the attraction, acquisition, selection, and onboarding of new talent on a temporary basis.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Resource planning
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Understanding and application of a variety of assessment methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
