Our facility is in need of a full-time HR Recruiter to work in the Human Resources Department.

JOB SUMMARY:

Works with the Hospital Authority of Miller County’s Human Resources Department to identify, screen, recruit and on-board talent for our organization. Resolve and troubleshoot problems in recruitment, assist with hiring and on-boarding skilled staff, clinical and non-clinical, and promote the organization to multiple audiences.

EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Previous recruitment experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) skills; ability to communicate and interact effectively and appropriately with diverse backgrounds and levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other HR technology tools.
