Description:
We are seeking a diligent Recruiter for a growing real estate organization located in Minnesota. This role is an opportunity for someone experienced in full cycle recruiting and familiar with property management or real estate. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity where you will be focused on various recruiting functions and hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
- Utilize hiring processes knowledge to enhance recruitment strategies
- Implement college recruiting as part of the recruitment strategies
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter tool for sourcing and connecting with potential candidates
- Handle specific recruiting functions including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build effective job descriptions and hiring strategies
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market to effectively place candidates
- Ensure all recruiting activities adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience with Full Cycle Recruiting
- Familiarity with various Recruiting Functions
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Knowledge of the Real Estate - Sales & Lease industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
