We are seeking a diligent Recruiter for a growing real estate organization located in Minnesota. This role is an opportunity for someone experienced in full cycle recruiting and familiar with property management or real estate. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity where you will be focused on various recruiting functions and hiring processes.

• Conduct full cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
• Utilize hiring processes knowledge to enhance recruitment strategies
• Implement college recruiting as part of the recruitment strategies
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter tool for sourcing and connecting with potential candidates
• Handle specific recruiting functions including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build effective job descriptions and hiring strategies
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market to effectively place candidates
• Ensure all recruiting activities adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience with Full Cycle Recruiting
• Familiarity with various Recruiting Functions
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Knowledge of the Real Estate - Sales & Lease industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
