As a Recruiter, you’ll join a team specialised in Finance, Banking, Engineering, or Interim Management profiles. You will handle the recruitment process from beginning to end, being a consultant for both clients and candidates.

• Contact and advise clients and candidates to discover exciting business prospects
• Become a client relationship expert and build long-term relationships by understanding the client and their unique hiring needs
• Showcase your skills as a consultant by managing positions and attracting top talent
• Strategic matchmaking: expertly match candidates with positions aligning with their skills
• Organize interviews, keep candidates informed and engaged by providing consistent communication and valuable feedback
• Develop your portfolio by proactively engaging new clients
