fusionSpan is a fast-growing company with development centers in the USA, Canada, El-Salvador, Mexico, and India. fusionSpan’s focus is on software development, enterprise CRM implementations, digital strategy, and enterprise middleware. We have an active client list of over 150 organizations based in the United States.
This remote role will help us expand into all regions, by identifying and recruiting technical talent.
As fusionSpan has continued its growth, it has become apparent that we need help to support our growing talent needs. The ideal candidate will need to have a clear understanding of the company culture which is based on a “culture of caring” and be able to develop a pool of qualified technical talent. The data driven recruiter needs to be comfortable working autonomously in an agile environment, while also having strong prioritization and multitasking skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5+ years of recruitment and sourcing experience for technical roles
  • Experience with managing recruiting data and reports
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience using and managing an applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Experience recruiting technical resources (e.g. solution architect, business analyst, developers)
  • Experience utilizing job boards, cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates
  • Technical knowledge to help facilitate conversations with prospects and understand their qualifications
  • Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process from start-to-end

Responsibilities:

  • Develop recruiting strategies with hiring managers
  • Write and post job descriptions
  • Source potential talent on LinkedIn and/or other online platforms
  • Manage recruiting data and reports
  • Review resumes and manage talent pipeline in ATS
  • Review pre-screened calls to analyze applicants’ abilities fitment
  • Interview candidates utilizing various interview methods
  • Draft job offer letters and conduct professional reference checks
  • Support People & Culture team to onboard new hires
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Identify process improvements to the interview and evaluation process
  • Keep up-to-date with new technical trends and products in recruiting
  • Network with IT professionals and recruiters
  • Other projects as needed on the People & Culture team
