This role partners closely with sourcers, engineers, and engineering managers to identify, attract, and assess exceptional engineering candidates. Our team supports software hiring acros Vehicle Software, Vehicle Engineering, Autonomy (Autopilot & Tesla Bot), Energy Software, IT Infrastructure and even Battery Manufacturing, to name a few. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can help leverage new approaches to bring the very best software engineers to Tesla.
This position requires working in the office in Palo Alto full-time.

What You’ll Do

  • Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent
  • Develop robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs
  • Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
  • Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
  • Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years sourcing/recruiting experience in an in-house and/or agency environment
  • Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
  • Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends
  • Working knowledge of common software engineering skill-sets
  • Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow

Expected Compensation
$60,000 - $216,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
