Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Taking full ownership to ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements
  • Leading vacancy consultation discussions to agree the recruitment plans with hiring managers– this includes role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI requirements, pay range, agreed timeframes, responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process
  • Leveraging your existing experience, knowledge, and resources whilst also working with experts in sourcing and talent intelligence to develop effective sourcing strategies that enable you to deliver great candidates and lead and influence conversations with your hiring managers.
  • Providing subject matter expertise, thought leadership and talent intelligence in recruitment discussions and vacancy briefing calls with Hiring Managers, leaving the discussion with a detailed understanding of the client’s business, the requirements and unique selling points of the role.
  • Creating and maintaining trusted partner relationships with Senior hiring managers/stakeholders. Independent execution of the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services to them, providing counsel, advising through insight and SME knowledge on the recruitment process and ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met
  • Championing your candidates. Having honest, quality career discussions that assess candidate suitability for each role and bring your client’s brand to life so that candidates feel excited at the prospect of joining them

Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for a Recruiter to support one of our client’s- a market leader in investment banking.
As a Recruiter you will support with the full end to end lifecycle (for all roles from Analyst to VP Level) ensuring offer justifications are put in, candidates are supported throughout their onboarding, and they are ready to start.
You will also support with talent pooling activities, candidate mapping and will manage the 360 lifecycle up to VP level of hiring, across the investment banking sector.
You’ll work in a Resource Augmentation/Staff Organisation Solution, this means your day-to-day recruitment point of contact will be the client stakeholder whilst your annual leave, performance reviews and management of sickness will be done buy your AMS client services manager. You’ll work alongside other Recruiters and Hiring Managers working onsite as well as our specialist sourcing team.
