ABOUT A FUTURE BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM EMPLOYEE

You should speak fluently German (min. C1 level) and very good English (min. B2 level) languages. First experience in a corporate environment such as recruitment administration, HR, assistant role and similar are a plus. If you demonstrate a willingness to learn on the job, we are also open to candidates from other areas.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Strong administrative and computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking system knowledge such as SuccessFactors, would be a plus.
  • Independent prioritization of work orders is based on regulatory and organizational requirements as well as on the goal of optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, great team spirit, high accountability, and a solid service orientation.
  • Completed higher education (last year’s students are also welcome).
  • Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support of all recruitments in both English and German for internal & external recruitment processes, covering the full range of job gradings from local and international job markets.
  • Support in creating a new requisition.
  • Scheduling of all telephone and personal on-site interviews including the coordination of travel modalities and the handling of the corresponding reimbursement for the candidates.
  • Responsible for position and organization management.
  • Creation and management of standard correspondences and correct mapping of the respective candidate/requisition status in the recruiting system.
  • Responsible for the administration of the local (German) employee referral program.
  • Smooth administration of the future employee in all IT systems.
