The Partner Services Team an expert internal team that assists our broker clients with specialized services such as Marketing, Recruiting, Risk/Compliance, Training and Culture, along with IT solutions. We are looking for a rock star Recruiting Consultant to work with our broker partners in identifying and meeting their hiring needs.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be willing to travel
  • Must have a valid Drivers License
  • Competent in Microsoft Office programs and design software
  • Mac and Dell proficiency
  • Proactive with strong ownership skills; understands how to drive results
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Experience coordinating projects with cross-functional teams to identify deliverables,
  • schedule and obtain content
  • Open to learning - we are big on getting better and there’s always room for improvement
  • Onsite attendance is required

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with broker partners on their unique recruiting needs
  • Build out strategies to help attract and retain mortgage talent for brokers across the nation
  • Occasional traveling to our clients office, along with working in office virtual assistance
  • Advising clients on all growth aspects of the Partner Service consultant’s value propositions.
  • Being the recruiting guru for all new to wholesale clients
