We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to partner with our Recruiting team and hiring managers across the Engineering org. BitGo is going through a massive growth cycle, so this is an exciting time to join!

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years experience as a recruiting coordinator for technical teams
  • Experience using Greenhouse or other ATS platforms
  • Excellent communication and organization skills

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating interviews with candidates to ensure efficiency in scheduling process
  • Scheduling the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
  • Maintaining recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up-to-date
  • Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status updates to the recruiting team
  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
