JOB DESCRIPTION:

Neo4j is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator on a 6 month fixed term contract with potential to go permanent. This role supports and develops Neo4j in providing a best in class recruitment experience for our candidates and Hiring Managers. They drive a positive and consistent interview process by coordinating and scheduling recruiting screenings, interviews, and debrief meetings across the globe. Ultimately, they help create a first-class hiring process, delighting our candidates and ensuring every applicant receives a positive experience!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • General understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Customer-focused with a dedication to providing a positive candidate experience
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews and meetings with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing information and assistance during the application and interview process
  • Assist interviewers and hiring managers with interview logistics and scheduling
  • Provide support as needed with reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, and attending calls with hiring managers
  • Ensure that candidates have a positive and seamless experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, expectations, and next steps
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to support the recruitment process
