Description:
The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating various aspects of recruitment, from scheduling interviews to ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. The position is based out of Munich office.

Responsibilities:
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate phone interviews, in-person interviews, and virtual meetings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Communication: Serve as an important point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and answering inquiries.
- Process Management: Maintain and improve interview coordinator processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Event Coordination: Support with the organization of recruitment events such as job fairs, workshops, and university outreach programs.
- Data Management: Compile and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring data accuracy and helping to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand their needs and provide recruitment support.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing logistics and providing a seamless interview process.
- Other initiatives: Support internship and keep-in-touch programs, help with communication to different recruiting channels.
