As a Recruiting Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our recruiting processes and driving data-informed decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing recruitment data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve our talent acquisition strategies. What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to understand business objectives and recruitment priorities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze recruitment data from various sources, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other recruitment platforms
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key recruiting metrics and performance indicators
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in the recruitment process
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies, streamline processes, and enhance candidate experience
  • Assist in the design and implementation of predictive models and algorithms to forecast recruitment outcomes and support strategic workforce planning
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making across the organization

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a recruiting or HR analytics role
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and predictive modeling
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
