On the EF Central Recruitment & People Operations team, we work alongside our colleagues as they expand the EF community and grow their teams. We have a passion for our work, and we have a fun time doing it!
We are looking for a Recruiting and People Operations Co-Op to support our Hiring and HR teams during peak season for recruitment and onboarding. Whether it’s scheduling virtual and in-person interviews, corresponding via e-mail with a candidate, or preparing to onboard a large start class of new hires, we ‘re looking for someone who is well-organized and has a keen attention to detail. This position operates on a five-day workweek and requires the candidate to report to our North American Headquarters in Cambridge, MA 3-4 days/week, 1-2 days remote from 9-5:30pm at $20/hr.

Responsibilities:
- Support our team of recruiters with candidate interview scheduling
- Work with our early career recruiter to support tasks and operations for our campus recruiting events
- Partner with our Sourcing Manager to move newly added candidates into our applicant tracking system and tag their source appropriately
- Support the HR team to process and manage new hire paperwork, employment verifications and staff compliance with mandated trainings
- Support any ad-hoc projects within our Recruiting and HR teams
