REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in Human Resources Management)
  • Any previous short experience with recruiting activities would be preferrable
  • Fluent in English, any additional language is considered a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
  • High Flexibility
  • Curiosity and interest in human resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Recruiting Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team with all their activities to ensure that all vacancies are filled with resources aligned to Guess’ business needs and corporate culture, in an efficient timeframe.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Job posting (on different recruiting channels - universities as well)
  • CV screening and scouting on LinkedIn
  • Contact via email/call with chosen candidates
  • First contact with chosen candidates
  • Preparation of all the documents related to shortlist presentation, negotiation, and final offer
  • Management of LinkedIn vacancies for EU countries
  • Support to TA team in the arrangements for onboarding and related activities
  • Support to TA team in administrative activities (update of tracking files, candidates’ forms, etc.)
  • Scouting online for new employer branding initiatives and ideas
  • Support to TA team in the management of surveys, communications, etc.
