Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned recruitments from A – Z in Norway and other countries we operate.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Define job requirements, required candidate qualifications and experiences.
- Use various sourcing methods to identify and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the candidate experience from application through to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate feedback.
- Assess and shortlist candidates, using interviews and psychometric tests.
- Manage onboarding and follow up of the candidates recruited including data input to our HR systems.
- Obtain and store all necessary documents for the candidates including reporting.
- Manage applications in line with applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
- Assist HR with operational tasks.
- Planning and execute employer branding initiatives in recruitment where applicable.
- Ad-hoc tasks
