Description:
Provision of high-level Recruiting Specialist (RS) to support Talent Acquisition Manager and recruiting team. Various functions as assigned; work collaboratively with the recruiting team and HR business partners and People & Culture team to effect post-FID recruiting strategies.
Prepare and post job ads online • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates • Greet and assist interviewees onsite • Coordinate travel for fly-in candidates • Process background checks and pre-employment Drug test • Maintain applicant tracking system database • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g., preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics for Talent Acquisition group
- Maintain and report on monthly, quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Partner with Recruiting to help Screen resumes and job applications
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Formal Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or minimum 5 years related field experience.
Skills / Technical Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or minimum 5 years related field experience.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables).
- A flexible, enthusiastic and ‘can do’ approach to your work with a proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented, with strong, mathematical, and process skills
- Outstanding communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills (MSWord, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Oil and Gas Preferred
