Description:

Provision of high-level Recruiting Specialist (RS) to support Talent Acquisition Manager and recruiting team. Various functions as assigned; work collaboratively with the recruiting team and HR business partners and People & Culture team to effect post-FID recruiting strategies.

Prepare and post job ads online • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates • Greet and assist interviewees onsite • Coordinate travel for fly-in candidates • Process background checks and pre-employment Drug test • Maintain applicant tracking system database • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g., preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)

  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics for Talent Acquisition group
  • Maintain and report on monthly, quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Partner with Recruiting to help Screen resumes and job applications
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Formal Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or minimum 5 years related field experience.
Skills / Technical Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or minimum 5 years related field experience.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables).
  • A flexible, enthusiastic and ‘can do’ approach to your work with a proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail oriented, with strong, mathematical, and process skills
  • Outstanding communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills (MSWord, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Oil and Gas Preferred
