Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

For our brand-new Recruitment Center team based in Alba (CN), we are looking for a passionate, enthusiast Recruiting Specialist to support us attracting the best talents!
The position reports to the Recruitment Center Manager and will be dedicated to Recruitment, Employer Branding and Onboarding activities for Ferrero Italy.

MAIN TASKS:

Covering the position of Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for recruitment end to end and will independently manage the full selection process: collection of business needs and kick-off meeting, advertisement of the vacancy, CV screening, interviews, candidates’ assessment and feedback.
Step by step, you will guarantee a transparent, effective, consistent, structured, and fully digitalized process, in compliance with GDPR regulations.
As the point of reference for the recruitment journey, you will interact with different stakeholders, partnering with colleagues and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Moreover, you will be an active contributor to the recruitment digital transformation by taking care of digital data quality and KPIs analysis, enabling the continuous improvement of our processes.
