    Center For Family Services is seeking a highly knowledgeable professional to join our growing team as our Human Resources Department. This individual will become a great asset to our fast paced, busy HR Office that supports a growing agency including over 1300 employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • At least two (2) years experience in Human Resources is required
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • High customer service standards required
  • Function as essential team member while interacting with staff from all programs within the agency
  • Applicant Tracking System experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment
  • Current driver’s license with an excellent driving record of at least three years.
  • Vehicle with current insurance and registration

Responsibilities:

  • The Recruitment Specialist is a key person within the function of our Human Resources Department and responsible for the day-to day support of our programs recruiting needs. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for but not limited to:
  • Responsible for the Agency’s recruitment process, forms and related for CFS to ensure an effective and compliant in all our recruitment efforts
  • Responsible for implementing and ongoing management of an effective ATS system
  • Takes the lead on ensuring recruitment strategy, community presence and recruitment advertising is effective in attracting the best and most diverse talent pool. This includes our career and other external fair/event program, analyzing the job market, and ensuring that we are casting as far a net as needed.
  • Manages recruitment background screenings from vendor accounts, staff and applicant screenings
  • Ensuring that CFS’ recruitment are in compliance and operating by best practice standards, this includes ensuring that all new staff are in COA, DHS, DCF, DHMAS, Head Start and all other required compliance as well as supporting current staff in ensuring rescreening/testing is in place to meet compliance standards
  • Ensures storage of agency wide recruitment materials and records per CFS, best practice and legal standards
  • Ensures that the staff involved in recruitment and hiring are trained and in compliance in this content area
  • May be asked to provided additional staff training
