Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join the Human Resource Team of the Lux Tire Plant department and support in the following tasks:
- Manage and continuously improve the process of recruiting hourly associates (qualified and non-qualified)
- Monitor recruitment efficiency and success rate indicators vs the manning plan and adopt effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to ensure required manning on time
- Drive employer branding and networking in Luxembourg and cross-border areas to attract technical talent to the plant
- Manage candidate sourcing and vacancy communication (internal and external channels, incl. social media)
- Coordinate recruitment sessions and interviews, oversee the selection process, including candidate testing (cognitive/dexterity/ soft skills)
