dentolo is looking for a Recruiting Team Lead with a passion for hiring exceptional talent and building diverse, inclusive teams. As the Recruiting Team Lead, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission to create tailored insurance solutions for individual customer needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years of team management experience
  • Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong ability to build relationships
  • Proven track record of working with hiring managers to identify and hire top talent
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to track metrics and measure recruitment effectiveness
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English language

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruiting team and provide guidance and support to our team of talent acquisition specialists
  • Implement and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and create diverse candidate pools
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer negotiation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote our organization as an employer of choice
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment
  • Ensure the full usage of our ATS system (Workable)
  • Be operationally involved in the recruiting for top level positions
  • Improve and take care of our Recruiting Dashboards
