In this role, you will be responsible for the Pre-Onboarding Process and other Talent Acquisition related administrative tasks to support our growth and for developing, driving, and executing staffing initiatives across the organization!

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

  • Coordinates with the Department Managers and Leaders, QA, and Training Teams to set schedules for Final Interview, 2nd Interview, Mock Call/Chat/Email with the candidates
  • Prepares the Job Offer documents for the successful candidates for the post
  • Reaches out to the successful candidates to discuss the Job Offer and to give instructions on the pre-employment requirements
  • Provides instructions to the new hire employees on Workday registration through email
  • Consistently connects with the new hire employees to closely monitor the completion of their pre-employment requirements and Workday registration within the given timeline
  • Collects the submitted pre-employment requirements (both soft and hard copies) and turns them over to the Office Receptionist for filing
  • Maintains and updates the monitoring file of the pre-employment requirements for reference purposes
  • Coordinates with the Medical Insurance Provider for the results of the pre-employment medical examination of the new hire employees
  • Schedules new hire employees with company nurses for medical interview prior going on site for the commencement of their employment
  • Ensures that new hire employees are all cleared by the company doctor and nurse to come to the office for New Hire Orientation
  • Forwards list of new hire employees to avail of the company transportation to Employee Relations via email
  • Enrolls the new hire employees to sharepoint (Dreamscape) and service now (Endurance) for the creation of their company credentials
  • Forwards the list of the new hire employees with their assigned employee numbers to Compensation and Benefits Team, Training Team, Analytics Team, and IT Team
  • Facilitates the signing of documents, including Employment Contract and Acknowledgment Forms, to the new hire employees during the New Hire Orientation
  • Ensures that all necessary documents are signed and submitted by the new hire employees
  • Ensures that all signed documents are kept in the designated folders of the new hire employees
  • Maintains and keeps the monitoring file of the signed documents updated for reference purposes
  • Requests for petty cash to purchase snacks for the New Hire Orientation
  • Prepares the snacks and the welcome kits for the New Hire Orientation
  • Facilitates pre-qualification assessment of internal applicants
  • Provides assistance in other HR activities

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or any HR-related course
  • Must have at least 6 months of as HR/Talent Acquisition Admin Assistant
  • Must have experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition process
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
