Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Administrator to join our Carlton team. Reporting to the General Manager - Healthcare, you will be a vital part of the recruitment process and onboarding for all candidates while forging strong relationships within the business.
YOUR NEW OPPORTUNITY
As our Recruitment Administrator, you’ll help Ontime Healthcare attract and retain top-notch Nurses and Support Workers across Victoria. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Crafting compelling job adverts and detailed job descriptions for all roles
- Coordinating the entire onboarding process and ensuring compliance for all new hires
- Conducting reference checks, organising, and conducting interviews
- Managing general administration tasks related to recruitment activities
- Attending university events and recruitment drives occasionally
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
The ideal candidate will have a passion for administration and some prior experience in HR or recruitment. Key attributes include:
