POSITION DESCRIPTION

The People Department is currently seeking a full-time, temporary (6 months) Recruitment Administrator to support the Recruitment team. Reporting to the Manager of Recruitment, the Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for providing assistance with the full cycle recruitment at CAMH for both internal and external positions. The successful candidate will support recruitment and the recruitment team at CAMH by using various recruitment tools such as online job boards, social media websites, association memberships and education institutions to perform extensive searches for candidates; prescreen resumes; conduct telephone prescreen interviews; schedule, coordinate and provide administrative support to the selection process. The Recruitment Administrator will collect and maintain recruitment data and statistics as required. You will work collaboratively the People and Experience Team and with CAMH Management. You will promote CAMH as an employer of choice to potential candidates. You will support a workplace that embraces diversity, encourages teamwork and complies with all applicable and regulatory requirements. This position is located at 100 Stokes Street.

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will possess a Post-Secondary Degree combined with a certificate in Human Resources or have an equivalent combination of education and experience. One (1) year of related work experience in the area of recruitment is an asset. You will possess excellent organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral/written) in order to communicate professionally to candidates, employees, Managers and Union Representatives. The skills required for this role include excellent attention to detail, resourcefulness and time management. Superior computer skills are required in Microsoft Office Suite, E-mail, and the Internet/Intranet. Experience with an HRIS system and an Applicant Tracking System is an asset. You will have experience with sourcing and recruiting candidates utilizing both traditional and non-traditional methods, including the use of social networking sites. You are an autonomous and adaptable team player who is able to multi-task, prioritize and organize your work effectively. You will demonstrate the ability and interest in working with a diverse team and in an environment that values diversity and equity. Bilingualism (French/English) or proficiency in a second language would be an asset.
