Job Description:
The Recruitment Administrator, reporting directly to the Director of Recruitment, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Recruitment Department. This position is committed to driving continuous improvement by streamlining processes, reducing administrative burdens, and facilitating the consistent delivery of accurate and timely data. The Recruitment Administrator will utilize their resourcefulness and extensive experience to expertly manage a diverse range of administrative, coordination, and reporting responsibilities. Operating with defined objectives, this individual ensures tasks are completed promptly and efficiently, contributing to the department’s overall success.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain key data and personnel information using established programs (e.g., SharePoint) and file retention protocols.
- Submit invoices for coding, track budget spending, and organize all receipts, including credit card expenses.
- Assist with uploading external job postings on various recruitment platforms and websites as needed.
- Validate job postings for accuracy before they are published on the website.
- Ensure “Open Jobs” listings are up to date and communicate with partner organizations and associations according to established communication protocols.
- Support the onboarding process for new Recruitment department employees, including familiarization with essential programs, systems, building access, workstations, and IT assets.
- Administer Recruitment systems, including configuration changes, report generation, support ticket submissions, new user addition, and login group management.
- Coordinate and track FLINT’s Employee Referral Program and oversee recruitment capacity reporting.
- Manage and maintain recruitment social media pages, campaigns, job boards, and web reviews.
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and promoting hiring events for the Recruitment team while keeping the Recruitment Hiring Events Calendar updated.
