Description:
RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR, HUMAN RESOURCES, NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, 25HPW, FRWK05 £22,994 FTE (PRO-RATA PAY £15,536.49 PER ANNUM)
- Are you looking for a Recruitment or Admin role in an organisation where you can make a difference?
- Are you looking for a part time role that you can fit around other commitments?
- How does the idea of building a recruitment team in a supportive environment sound?
Our Recruitment Officer has been in post for 2 years and we would now like to add a Recruitment Administrator to build the recruitment team. Framework is a vast organisation so whilst we don’t recruit every role ourselves, as a team we can support all of our managers with their recruitment needs. We have had a new system implemented recently which you will work with other teams to become an expert on.
We can have up to 25+ jobs advertised at any time so you would play a big part in overseeing these roles on the system and notifying the Recruitment Officer of any that were not performing well. Together you would then come up with strategies to engage more applicants. This could be job fairs, adverts or social media campaigns.
This role is mostly home working with the need to be in the office at times when requested and to go out to job fairs and recruitment events when needed. These could be based across the East Midlands, but you do not need your own transport. The option to work from the office is there if needed. Ideal working hours will be Monday to Friday 9.30 to 2.30.
You do not need previous recruitment experience, but administration experience is essential. Along with an ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
For more information about the role, please contact: Davian Simon at 07977296140
