WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Relevant experience in an administrative role, ideally within recruitment
  • Previous experience within the Transport & Logistics industry (desirable)
  • Tertiary qualification or diploma in relevant discipline desirable or industry experience
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and follow policies and procedures
  • Sound analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve problems

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

This exciting new role will work close alongside a professional and dynamic team of recruiters. You will take part in and support in the attraction and recruitment of suitable candidates and implement companywide recruitment initiatives that assist with building a sustainable workforce.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure Recruitment Email Inbox queries and associated tasks are answered and completed in a timely manner
  • Co-ordinate the recruitment process for assigned roles
  • Answer candidate and Centurion stakeholder queries
  • Ensure the required documentation and information is inputted into Centurion Connect and the required documentation is saved on relevant HR files
  • Communicate regularly and maintain relationships with talent pools
  • Maintain Position Description Library to ensure they are up to date
  • Assist the HR team with updating and maintaining relevant policies and procedures
  • Adhoc recruitment and human resources administration tasks, as requested
