Responsibilities:
- Identify and resource suitable candidates within the health care sector. Targeting candidates who have completed certificates in the disability, nursing and mental health sectors through universities, TAFE’s and RTO’s.
- Ensure all recruitment is in line with CareChoice policies and procedure and legislative requirements.
- Scheduling and conducting comprehensive phone screens and interviews, conducting reference checks and all relevant probity checks as required.
- Identifying candidate’s experience, skills and preferences who are suited to specific client groups.
- Liaising with Coordination/ Rostering Team to advise of suitable placement opportunities for candidates.
- Talent pipelining of candidates.
- Assist with Assessment Centres, information days and Expos.
- Work closely with the HR team and Training team to ensure all candidate training and onboarding requirements are compliant
