This vacancy is for a fixed term period of up to 12 months.
The Recruitment Team is part of the council’s Human Resources function which is based centrally within the city centre. The team provide a professional support and guidance service on all aspects of recruitment, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting and interviewing for both internal and external applicants.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive, accurate, efficient and customer focussed recruitment service to the council and relevant external organisations in relation to a diverse range of recruitment campaigns. You must be able to adapt and respond to a range of customer demands and be pro-active in delivering a professional service to meet customer needs.
We are looking for someone to join our fast-paced team who has previous experience of working within a recruitment or transactional service, delivering, and processing confidential and sensitive information in a timely manner in accordance with agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). We will provide you with one to one training support and guidance to enable you to undertake the role and responsibilities required.
